In Result Based Hypnosis, rather than set a limit on how many sessions you need, it is easier to give you as many sessions as you need to accomplish your goal in a 6 week tailored container.
This allows you to go at the pace appropriate for your nervous system and subconscious mind without the worry of "Can I accomplish my goal in (x) sessions". You can simply focus on your goal, stress free.

Outcome-Based Container (3 months):
This is for clients who are ready to finally move past recurring patterns, anxiety, or old habits that keep showing up in thoughts, emotions, and decisions. Instead of paying per session, this container is priced for resolution and results, not time. Sessions are scheduled as needed over three months to ensure you have the appropriate amount of time you need to solve your problem. - What if I choose Results Based Sessions and realize hypnosis isn’t for me?If after your first session you decide that hypnosis is not for you, you may request a full refund. This ensures that you feel comfortable and confident in your decision to move forward.
